Rhino Civils Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team based out of Ilkeston, Derbyshire. As an integral member of our administrative team, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
  • Manage and maintain company records, including data entry and filing.
  • Responsible for running payroll in a professional manner, utilizing Xero accountancy software.
  • Assist with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable using Xero accountancy software.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using Xero accountancy software is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire

Salary: Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience (DOE)
